Create a fresh account

~1 min

Start clean — a brand-new client with nothing connected yet.

Go to thrivefinancialclarity.com/auth?tab=signup

Enter any email (e.g. sarah@sunriseyoga.com), a password (8+ chars), confirm it, and click Create Account. Dismiss the cookie banner with Essential only.

You land on /app and the coach opens the conversation automatically. The sidebar shows 0 / 10 — nothing is set up yet, and no tools are connected.

2

Walk through the onboarding conversation

~5–7 min

The coach asks one question at a time and quietly fills in the profile. Paste each answer when the coach asks — a thorough answer often advances several checklist items at once. Watch the Coaching Progress sidebar climb toward 5/10. Nothing's connected yet, so this is a pure conversation about the business.

Business snapshot

"What kind of business do you run, and where are you located?"

Paste

I run a yoga and wellness studio called Sunrise Yoga & Wellness in Apple Valley, Minnesota. We've been open about 3 years. I'm Sarah — I own it and run the day-to-day with a small team of instructors.

Revenue model & pricing

"How do you make money — your main services and prices, and roughly what you bring in a month?"

Paste

Most of our revenue is memberships. We have about 145 active members across four options: Monthly Unlimited at $149/mo (58 members), Annual Unlimited at $1,399/year (22), a 10-Class Pack at $165 (27), and drop-ins at $22 (38). We also do personal training and the occasional workshop, plus a little retail. All in, we bring in around $32,000 a month.

Cost structure & owner pay

"What are your biggest costs, and how do you pay yourself?"

Paste

Our biggest costs are rent at $4,800/month and payroll at about $15,200/month. Software runs around $600/month and insurance about $400. I pay myself an owner's draw of $5,500/month.

Systems & tools

"What software runs the studio day to day?"

Paste

We run scheduling and memberships on OfferingTree, take payments through Stripe, and keep our books in QuickBooks Online.

Goals & the pain point

"What are you trying to achieve, and what frustrates you most right now?"

Paste

My biggest goal this year is to grow to 180 active members and reach $40,000/month in revenue, and eventually hire a second full-time instructor. My biggest frustration is that I can't easily tell which of my services are actually the most profitable.

Let the coach wrap up

Once the profile is mostly filled, the coach stops asking, gives a quick summary + 2–3 quick wins, and points to the setup checklist and dashboards. Coaching Progress (Business Snapshot, Revenue Model, Cost Structure, Systems, Goals) now reads 5 / 10.

Notice the coach worked entirely from the conversation — it hasn't quoted any bank or Stripe numbers yet, because nothing's connected. That's next.

Connect the tools — watch the coaching get smarter

~2 min

Now link the systems the owner already uses. In the demo each connects instantly, and each unlocks a new layer of data.

Connect Stripe (payments)

Open /app/launch → under Business Setup, step 1 → click Connect Stripe. (Links instantly and drops you on the Dashboard.)

Unlocks: live revenue, MRR, active subscriptions and payouts on the Dashboard — and the coach can now talk real numbers. Milestone Stripe Connected ✓.
Connect OfferingTree (memberships & classes)

Open /app/settings → the OfferingTree card → click Connect.

Unlocks: the membership mix (145 members across the four tiers, ~$16.5K membership MRR) and class utilization — the coach now grounds answers in OfferingTree data.
Connect the bank (expenses via Plaid)

Open /app/expensesclick Connect bank account. (Links instantly as "Sunrise Community Bank (demo)".)

Unlocks: categorized expenses that feed the Ledger P&L — rent, payroll, software, and so on.
